Chicken is a blank canvas just waiting for our special culinary touches. We do a Pecan crusted chicken breast with a Sour Cream, Dijon, & White Wine sauce. Another variation includes roasted pears & Riesling wine. How about Chicken Marsala with a cream sauce & mushrooms. Chicken Parmesan or Chicken with Capers, tomatoes, & artichokes in a lemon basil white wine sauce? Stuffed chicken breasts with spinach, roasted red peppers, & seasonings and served with a white wine sauce are all very popular as well. Just tell us what you’d like and we’ll make it happen!

We offer a variety of sauces for our Baked King Salmon, some of them are: Cucumber & Dill, Teriyaki & Sweet Soy, Shallot Chardonnay Beurre Blac, Orange & Balsamic Reduction, sun-dried Tomato Basil Butter, or you can choose Black Cod, Halibut or another type of fish.

Always a popular choice with chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or seafood served with an array of sauces made in our kitchen.

We also have a variety of preparations for serving Duck, Cornish Game Hen, Leg of Lamb, and Turkey one of my favorites is our Duck Hash.
