Christie Katona has been in the food business since the mid 70′s. Originally working with Cuisinart when it first appeared in the US, Christie has been cultivating her passion for great food for years. Throughout her career, Christie has done recipe development for restaurants and corporations, consulted for many companies, and appeared all over the media.

Education and Awards

  • Studied at the renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in London.

  • Voted in top 10 Seattle Caterers for 2 years
  •  

  • Won the “Southern Living Magazine Recipe of the Year” for her Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls (an award worth $100,000)
